Quality Control

How We Check Every Unit

Incoming material inspection — steel plate thickness, axle beam hardness and hydraulic component identity are checked against the order.
Weld and dimensional check — frame squareness, deck flatness and weld penetration are inspected before shot blasting.
Functional test — hydraulics, brakes, lighting, refrigeration or pumping systems are operated through a full cycle.
Road or load test — trucks are driven, trailers are loaded where a load is available at the yard.
Pre-shipment record — photographs, the VIN or trailer serial number and the test sheet are sent to you before the container is sealed.
