Drying Equipment

A dryer is a heat transfer calculation wrapped in steel: the drum diameter, the flight design, the air velocity and the furnace output all have to be sized together for the moisture reduction you need.

Capacity calculated from your moisture data — We size the drum from the inlet moisture, target outlet moisture and hourly throughput you give us.
Multiple heat source options — Coal, natural gas, diesel, biomass, waste heat or steam, chosen for your local fuel cost.
Complete dust and emission control — Cyclone separator plus bag filter or wet scrubber to meet local emission limits.
Turnkey supply including installation — Feeder, crusher, dryer, furnace, conveyors, silo and control system, with engineer dispatch for commissioning.

Drying Equipment Questions

Tell us the material, the inlet moisture percentage and the target outlet moisture, plus the tonnes per hour you want. We will calculate the drum size and the furnace duty.

For a coal-fired unit, budget around 2 kg of coal per tonne of output at typical sand drying duty. Gas and biomass figures are supplied with the quotation.

Yes. If you have waste heat from a kiln, a generator or a boiler we can design the dryer around it, which removes most of the fuel cost.

We supply single units for trial orders and full container loads for fleet buyers. Mixed orders are welcome — for example one tractor truck together with trailer axles and spare parts in the same shipment. For spare parts the typical MOQ is 10 to 20 pieces.

Yes. Almost every truck in our range can be supplied in either left hand drive or right hand drive, and we build to the emission standard required by your market — Euro II, Euro III, Euro V or local equivalents.
